Videographer Todd Stanton first picked up a Super 8mm movie camera back in 1978. That was when, at age ten, he called his first movie company Todd Productions. Despite his love of film, Todd went on to study mechanical engineering as an adult, pursuing a career as a machine designer and project manager in the tool and die industry. He eventually started his own company, where he began producing maintenance videos that were shipped with each new machine.
Ten years ago, Todd started his independent media production company, also called Todd Productions, which provides photography, video production and editing, as well as art production for print and web. Todd has created informational, educational and sales videos for Kaufman Engineered Systems, Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Penta Career Center, The Exchange Club, among many other industrial, school and nonprofit clients. He has collaborated with Maxx Marketing & Design since 2007.

Designer Susan Frantz consults with businesses and non-profits in the areas of Joomla! and Mambo site development, HTML coding, SiteGrinder-designed Web sites, and MediaWiki implementation. She also works daily in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
Prior to coming to the Toledo area in 2004, Susan graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. After moving to northern Utah early in her career, she joined the Utah State University Crop Physiology Lab laboratory as its staff photographer and web site designer. Susan later managed electronics company Apogee Instruments, Inc., where she developed all aspects of company operations, including product construction, technical and sales brochures and manuals, calibration standard operating procedures, customer service, web site development, and a re-branding campaign. Susan and her family currently live in Ottawa Hills. She has collaborated with Maxx Marketing & Design since 2005.

Scott Deca, Maxx Marketing & Design intern during summer and fall 2009-11, is a graphic design student at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Scott will soon earn his bachelor’s degree in graphic design and continue study of his other passion, photography.
Scott has assisted Maxx Marketing & Design with typesetting and providing design concepts for a bike team jersey as well as street signage in Uptown Maumee. When he’s not toiling with the tools of the print design trade, you will find Scott outdoors taking landscape and nature photos. In late 2007, he began consigning with Fiddlestix Boutique and Angelwood Gallery to sell art prints of his photography.
